We collect the details you provide when you contact us or buy a workshop seat, such as your name, email, phone number, message, and purchase details. Calls to our number are logged and recorded. Our website also collects technical and usage information, such as IP addresses, pages visited, and how you arrived.

We record Milo conversations and related activity to provide the service, review quality, and improve our website assistant. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection; Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide services and workshops, maintain business records, protect the website, and measure our advertising. Service providers help us with hosting, communications, payments, and record storage. We do not sell your contact information.

We use Google Analytics and Meta's advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel. Cookies and similar technologies collect information about visits and actions on this site. Google and Meta may combine it with activity from other websites to measure advertising and personalize ads. We share purchase and enquiry events, along with hashed contact details such as name, email address, phone number and location, with Meta to measure ad results on our behalf. We may also use Google Ads for this measurement. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sent as advertising data.

We send texts about your enquiry only with your consent: replies, scheduling, and reminders. With your separate consent, we also send marketing texts about our services, events, and offers. Our contact form has two separate optional SMS checkboxes, one for each. We record each consent choice separately. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from the advertising data sharing described above. Service providers process this information to deliver texts and maintain consent records.

You can limit cookies in your browser and manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center, Meta Ad Preferences, or industry opt-out tools. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These controls have different scopes and do not stop all data collection. This website does not change its tracking in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
