AI tools and agents for your business

We build AI tools and agents around how your company works, connected to the software you already pay for, or as standalone tools.

An agent is AI that can take action with the tools you give it, not only answer questions. Examples include answering staff questions from a company knowledge base, handling calls as an AI receptionist, and turning emails, receipts and PDFs into records. We build AI receptionists like Millie, who answers the JR Milligan office line.

How AI could help your company

Every company has its own workflow gaps, so what we build depends on what yours needs, your goals, and how much you’re comfortable letting an agent do.

The agent's chat screen in the system. On the left is a list of past chats. In the open chat, an employee asks where order 2247 is and whether the customer has ordered before. The agent answers that the order is in transit: a delivery for Diane Walsh between 12 and 2 PM, one large rectangle Nutella cake with a card message. It adds that this is her fourth order and the last was on August 21. A Show work row under the answer says it made three tool calls.

The system's order-entry screen for sending a checkout link: Shopify checkout chosen, pickup at Coral Way today from 12 to 1 PM, a 10-inch round pavlova with dulce de leche at $62, and a green button that sends the checkout link.
A preloaded cart built and texted for direct checkoutStaff pick the cake, the size, and the pickup slot; the customer gets a text with a ready checkout.

Connecting to your existing software

What we build will most likely work with the software you already pay for, like your order system and email, because most modern software has a way to connect to it.

API
the software’s own connection, made so other programs can read and send its data
MCP server
a connector that lets AI use an application more easily
Browser automation
when there’s no other route, an agent works the application in a browser, the way a person would

We connect your systems as directly as we can, because every extra step is another place something can break.

AI for operations and accounting

We focus on operations, accounting, and marketing: the orders, the books, and the campaigns.

The system's live board of one day's orders, Day view. Four columns of order cards: Made has 2, Ready has 2, In Transit has 1, and Completed has 2. Each card shows the order number, customer name, pickup location or delivery, the cakes and fillings, the item count, and the time window. Order 2247 for Diane Walsh is the delivery in transit, due between 12 and 2 PM. The agent's chat button sits at the bottom right.
One screen showing where each of the day’s orders standsMade, ready, in transit, completed; order 2247, the one the agent was asked about above, is the delivery in transit.
The system's accounting transactions screen: six corporate card lines, each with a date, vendor, amount, and a category such as Supplies or Advertising, most marked with a green check; two rows are marked in amber for review, one reading Choose category.
The books categorized as the charges come inCard lines categorized for the books; the amber rows wait for review.
An inventory Issues list: rows marked critical or warning, each a variance review or units stuck at Amazon FBA for one product code.
Inventory that doesn’t add up gets flaggedCounts across warehouses and Amazon are compared and analyzed by AI for accuracy.

Ongoing support for what you own

Nobody wants software built for them and then no one to call if it breaks.

We usually include ongoing maintenance; some builds are one-off. With maintenance, we stay on to keep it working and fix it when something goes wrong.

  • When your process changes, we change the systems to match.
  • We review the records of what the system looks up, to catch problems early.
  • We rerun test questions with known answers to check the results are still right.

You own the code and the workflow, handed over with documentation.

The expanded Show work panel of the agent's answer. It is headed Answered 12:19 PM, 3 tool calls, and lists three lookups in order, each with its duration and what it was asked for: lookup order, for order number 2247; lookup customer, for Diane Walsh; and lookup order history, for order 2247.
Every lookup behind one answer, step by step. These are called traces.Every agent runs a series of processes that are tracked for accuracy, troubleshooting, and tuning.

How custom AI pricing works

There’s no standard price.

Until we’ve seen your operation, we don’t know what we’re walking into or how big the project will be. This isn’t off-the-shelf software where everyone pays for the same product; it’s built for one business.

  1. The 20-minute call

A conversation about your company and what you’d want built.

  2. The walkthrough

We come onsite for a 45-minute walkthrough of your operation to see where the work gets stuck.

  3. Scoped proposal

If there’s a project worth doing, we send a proposal that sets out:

    • What we’ll build
    • What “done” means
    • How long it will take
    • The price
