What you leave with

  1. Claude learns your business and how you write. You walk it through your business, and it reads a few of your emails.

  2. One task you repeat, done your way.A price request, a lead follow-up or a common question, run on a real example.

  3. Your Google calendar and inbox, visible to Claude. So it can see your day.

  4. Your morning briefing.Ask for it and get today’s calendar, replies drafted in your voice and what to prepare.

You build it to prepare drafts for review. You decide what gets sent.

Claude

You: Give me my morning briefing.

Claude:

One email needs a reply

Laura Pérez · Bathroom floor installation

Laura already has the tile. Your instructions call for photos and a site visit before quoting installation.

Draft for your review

Hi Laura, could you send the address and a few floor photos? Do we need to remove the old tile? Since you already have the new tile, we’ll quote installation after a site visit.

The reply is ready for you to check. Nothing has been sent.

Daniel Soto · Backsplash price?

Hi, we’d like white subway tile behind the stove and sink, about 30 sq ft. We haven’t bought the tile yet. Roughly what would that cost?

Daniel

Example email draft by Claude

Hi Daniel, thanks for the details on the backsplash behind your stove and sink. We always see the wall before we quote, so the price we give you holds. Could you send your address and a photo of the wall? We can bring tile samples to the visit.

Marco

Hi Daniel, thanks for the details on the backsplash behind your stove and sink. For about 30 sq ft of subway tile, installation runs $600 to $900, and the tile is extra. Send a photo of the wall and we’ll confirm the exact price.

Marco

Hi Daniel, thanks for the details on the backsplash behind your stove and sink. Could we talk for 10 minutes first, Thursday at 4 or Friday at 10? A quick call lets me give you a real number and help you pick the tile.

Who teaches it

Justin Milligan at his desk in the Miami AI Studio, presenting the studio screen with an open hand

I started building agents out of necessity. Instead of hiring for every new task, I learned to hand the work to AI, and today I try to do all of my work through agents instead of doing it myself.

We’re still early, and a lot of what’s taught about agents comes from people who can explain them but haven’t built many. That’s why this workshop is hands-on: a few hours building next to someone who has built a lot of them will save you months of trial and error.

Owners who learn this now get more done in less time. Employees who learn it become the people every business wants.

Questions

Do I need technical experience?

No. If you can type a question into ChatGPT or Claude, you can take part. You’ll answer questions about your business, give Claude examples of your work, and check what it produces. Justin demonstrates each step before you try it.

I use ChatGPT. Why Claude?

We teach one tool so everyone can build together. In Claude’s desktop app, you’ll work with your business files, written instructions, calendar and email. The workshop takes you through that setup and tests it on your own work.

What access does Claude get to my email?
Connecting Gmail lets Claude access emails in the Google account you connect. Retrieved data is processed and stored by Anthropic with the conversation. The connector also supports sending; our workshop instructions keep the exercise to reading and drafting. We review permissions with you on the setup call. If you use a company account, your administrator may need to approve the connection. Read Anthropic’s access and privacy details.
What do I need to bring and subscribe to?

A Mac or Windows laptop, a Google account (Gmail or Google Workspace), and Claude Pro ($20 a month) or higher. Bring 2–3 real examples of a task you repeat, such as a customer’s price request and the reply you sent. Your setup call gets the Claude desktop app and accounts ready before the workshop.

What if I can’t attend?

Send a colleague in your place. Seats aren’t refunded for missed attendance.

Claude is made by Anthropic. This workshop is run by JR Milligan and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
